Purchasing Your Rental Property

We will be seeking to sell our Rent to Buy properties at some point in the future.

 If you are a current Rent to Buy resident we will at this time offer you ‘first refusal’ to purchase your home on a shared ownership basis.

If however you wish to purchase your home in this way prior to us approaching you, we will consider your application on an individual basis.

This would firstly involve having an up to date valuation carried out on the property. We would then have to decide if it was financially viable for us to proceed with the sale at the new value, and inform you accordingly.

If it was indeed viable to sell at this point, we would then re-assess your affordability and hopefully proceed with the standard shared ownership purchase process.
