Previously called Shared Ownership, this scheme allows you to buy a share in one of our new homes that you can afford.

In the future you can simply sell your share for its value at the time. Alternatively you can buy further shares in your home, until you own it outright.

Rent to HomeBuy

Many people are unable to buy a home at the moment, with mortgage funding out of reach to those who do not have a significant deposit.

Under Rent to HomeBuy we can offer our brand new homes to let for around 20% less than the typical market cost of an equivalent home.

Intermediate Rent
