Intermediate Rent

Many people are unable to buy a home at the moment, with mortgage funding out of reach to those who do not have a significant deposit.

With our Intermediate Rent scheme we can offer our homes to let for around 20% less than the typical market cost of an equivalent home. This allows people to save money whilst living in an energy-efficient home, and benefitting from our high standards of service.

This scheme differs from Rent to Buy in that we do not need to take a future purchase into account when assessing your affordability.

We offer an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, with an initial commitment of six months; thereafter a notice period of two months can be given by either party.

Located in Cambourne, Papworth, Stretham and Arbury in Cambridgeshire, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Clapham in Bedfordshire, some of these homes are available for key workers; please ask us for further details.
