Because we have been offering this opportunity for a number of years we now have over 1500 homes in shared ownership across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes.

This means that we are contacted on a regular basis by shared owners who wish to sell their share and move on.

The vast majority of these homes are less than 10 years old.

Of course we cannot predict when our current owners will make contact to sell. Therefore when a home becomes available we quickly inform all approved applicants in the area.

Once an applicant has expressed an interest the straight forward assessment and purchase process is exactly the same as for a New Build HomeBuy property.
